Sindrosthenese is a self taught artist who makes modern/abstract paintings using acrylics and mixed media.

Born 



Mike Greene in Southern California, he grew up an eccentric who dreams, more nights than not, of an alien world that feels more like home to him than Earth. Having a penchant for writing, Mike wanted to bring the world of his dreams to the big screen, so he pursued the fields of Philosophy and Film Writing at the University of Southern California. During college, he suffered a brain hemorrhage which changed his relation to words and made him more visual. All of a sudden, Mike was compelled to paint. Something about shading seemed to sooth his brainwaves and combat the turbulence that now engulfed his mind.

What began as a therapeutic detour into art quickly became a passion, which he has pursued to this day, as he enjoys making paintings that focus on color and vividness from his home studio in Rancho Mirage, California
